The woman, identified as Astha, said she started looking for a 1BHK in Gurgaon and kept getting quotes between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000 a month. Nothing decent, she said, was available under ₹12,000.
In the video, she warned people against making the same move she did. She said her entire salary was going towards rent, and joked that people in Gurgaon seem to be working just to pay their landlords. She also took a dig at the city’s drainage system while she was at it.
