Prachi Nigam, the former Class 10 topper from Sitapur, has scored an impressive 91.20% in her Class 12 board exams under the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, once again proving her academic consistency.
She secured 99 marks in Mathematics, 96 in Hindi, 95 in Chemistry, and 93 in Physics, while her English score stood at 73, making it the only subject below 90.
Prachi explained that her primary focus has been on preparing for JEE, which impacted her performance in English, as her attention remained on core science subjects aligned with her goal of becoming an engineer.

Prachi Nigam faced trolling over her facial hair
In 2024, she had topped Class 10 with 591 out of 600 marks, but her achievement turned into a viral moment for the wrong reasons when she faced trolling over her facial hair on social media.
Responding to the situation, Prachi acknowledged both criticism and support, stating that while many people trolled her, others stood by her, and she expressed gratitude towards those who supported her.
In an interview, she said she has faced such reactions for a long time and believes people find it unusual because they are not used to seeing girls with facial hair, adding that it does not affect her focus.

She maintained that she is comfortable with herself and emphasized that such opinions do not matter to her, drawing a comparison to how even Chanakya faced criticism but stayed focused on his work.
Prachi continues to stay committed to her studies, aiming to crack JEE and secure admission into an IIT, keeping her journey focused on goals rather than distractions.
