After a strong run in theatres, Dhurandhar 2 is now preparing for its OTT release. Ever since the film became a box office hit, audiences have been searching for one thing — the Dhurandhar 2 OTT release date.
While the makers have still not officially announced the streaming date, a recent court hearing connected to the film has given a major hint about when the movie could arrive online.
Dhurandhar 2 OTT Release Date Expected In Mid-May
According to reports, the producers informed the court that Dhurandhar 2 is not expected to release on OTT before mid-May 2026.
The film released in theatres in March 2026 and is set to complete eight weeks on May 14. This follows the usual 8–10 week gap Bollywood films now keep between theatrical and OTT release.
Because of that timeline, the movie is expected to start streaming sometime after the second week of May.
Dhurandhar 2 Court Case
Update came during a legal controversy related to the film’s climax song. Makers used a remixed version of the famous song Tirchi Topiwale under the new title Rang De Laal. Reports say Tridev director Rajiv Rai took legal action, claiming song was used without proper permission. During the hearing, producers reportedly shared details about the film’s OTT release window.

Dhurandhar 2 OTT Platform ?
Unlike the first film, which streamed on Netflix, Dhurandhar 2 is expected to release on JioHotstar in India. However, there is still no official confirmation from the makers or the OTT platform yet.
