Legacy Raftaar Show Episode 2 dropped Saturday night, July 11, just one day after the premiere, and the bar was already higher. Raftaar and KRSNA opened “The Search Continues” with 7 new artists walking in — and it was clear from the first audition that Episode 1 had set a standard nobody could coast past.
This wasn’t a slower second round. If anything, the judges got sharper.
What is LEGACY?

LEGACY is a hip-hop reality show by rappers Raftaar and KRSNA, built around writing, flow, and composition rather than picking contestants for viral social media appeal.

What Happened in Legacy Episode 2
LEGACY Episode 2 premiered on YouTube on Saturday, July 11, hosted by Raftaar and KRSNA.

- S. Lekhak, from Sonipat, Haryana, opened the episode with a hook the judges liked instantly. Raftaar called it catchy and confident, but flagged that his vocal clarity needs work — pushing his voice past its natural range wasn’t necessary to make the performance land.
- Veera, from Pune, brought a technical, lyricism-heavy set. The judges respected the wordplay, but felt his flow was loose in patches — close, but not quite landing every line. He was sent back to sharpen his craft before the next round.
- Khushi delivered one of the episode’s most memorable performances — on a West Coast-style beat, performed while wearing a mask due to illness. The judges praised her original style and the discipline it took to hold her energy through the entire track.
- Kirdar, representing Mustafabad, brought heart to his set. A brief stumble mid-performance didn’t slow him down — he recovered cleanly, and the judges called out the vibe and emotional pull of his track as the real strength of the audition.
- Big Smoke, from Virar 303, stood out for the depth of his research — his verse was layered with references to hip-hop history, and both judges praised the personality and thought behind the performance.
- Babbar and Chief, two brothers representing Zero Company from Gurgaon, auditioned back-to-back. Both brought confidence and hunger, but the judges felt both performances needed more polish. Instead of a clear yes or no, both were placed on stand-by, with a final call promised by evening.
Legacy Episode 2 Standout Moment
Two performances stood out for very different reasons this episode.

Khushi’s segment carried the emotional weight of the episode. Performing through illness, mask on, she never lost her hold on the beat or her energy through the full track. The judges didn’t just praise the bars — they praised the discipline it took to get through the performance at all, calling it a rare kind of focus.
Kirdar brought something else entirely — a track that felt ready for the mainstream. Despite a brief stumble mid-performance, the judges pointed out that his sound had a commercial, radio-level quality that few auditions hit this early in the season. The recovery barely registered next to how polished the overall vibe of the track was — this wasn’t just a good audition, it was a song that could exist outside the show.

What the Judges Actually Said

Raftaar and KRSNA kept the same tone from Episode 1 — direct, specific, and constructive rather than harsh. Lekhak was told exactly what to fix. Veera was sent back with clear notes, not a rejection. The Zero Company brothers were praised for their hunger even while being asked to hold and refine.
The through-line across the episode: confidence gets an artist in the room, but craft is what keeps them there.
